Our 3 bedroom duplexes come fully renovated with all new appliances, fixtures, cabinetry, and flooring.  Downstairs you'll find a spacious living room and eat-in kitchen, fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and disposal plus a half bath.  Upstairs, you'll find the 3 bedrooms and a full bath, plus plenty of storage throughout.  The full basement houses full-size laundry equipment and allows for plenty of storage as well.

Newbury Living manages some but not all of the duplexes along the 3300-3500 Blocks of W 42nd Street.  Some of the duplexes have income restrictions and some do not, please call if you have income qualification questions or questions about a certain duplex or address.  We accept Section 8 vouchers for all of the duplexes managed by Newbury Living.
